(και μια όμορφη διασκευή-έκπληξη!)
Το κλασικό αυτό τραγούδι του μεγάλου Νιγηριανού μουσικού Babatunde Olatunji , κυκλοφόρησε το 1959 στον (επίσης κλασικό) δίσκο "Drums Of Passion":

To 1964 o Serge Gainsbourg κυκλοφόρησε το δίσκο "Gainsbourg Percussions" στο οποίο διασκεύαζε κάποια από τα τραγούδια του "Drums Of Passion", χρησιμοποιώντας την μουσική και προσθέτωντας στίχους στα γαλλικά. Ένα από αυτά τα τραγούδια ήταν και το "Akiwowo", με τον τίτλο "New York Usa", ένα σουρεαλιστικό ποίημα-παράθεση των ονομάτων των ουρανοξύστων της Νέας Υόρκης:
